RETURNS TERMS

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish and European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, without the need for justification. During this period, you may return the purchased items provided they are in their original condition and have not been used, washed, or damaged.

2. Return Process

  1. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team within the 14-day period from the receipt of your order by accessing your profile at https://lizanmarket.com/es/historial-compra and selecting the products you wish to return in your order. We will provide you with a return label so you can send the items back. Pack the products securely in the original package or in one similar and attach the return label.

3. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, washing, or damage.
  • Original tags must be intact and unaltered.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging or in one similar that ensures adequate protection during transit.
  • Returns of customized or modified products according to your specifications will not be accepted.

4. Refund

  1. Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

The refund will be processed for the amount corresponding to the value of the product (excluding shipping costs for delivery and return).

Refunds will be issued as coupons to spend on any other Lizan Market product without expiration date, and you can check it in your profile at https://lizanmarket.com/descuento.

5. Exceptions

  • Returns of products that do not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Lizan Market.
